Riding Homes is committed to making sure that our service experience on your new home meets all of the expectations you’ve had for us!
When things go wrong, we’ll be there at two specific times during the 10-year warranty period:
- 1 year (Initial Service)
- 2 – 10 years (Final Service)
We’re always happy to visit and make any repairs needed. Just give us a call as soon as possible if something goes wrong so we can get it right away before anything else happens.
Riding Homes strives to provide the best service possible. You can submit requests anytime and expect a quick response from our team of professionals.
For the Initial Service, you may submit service requests at any time within one year after closing date. Please note during the first year, our warranty service consists of wall to wall repairs. If there are no confirmed or submitted service requests in the first year, no problem! Feel free to contact us before our Final warranty services lapse (2 – 10 years) in order for us to come out and perform requested work.
